Scott launched his career with an internship at Southwest Airlines in Dallas, moving up to roles in Customer Relations and Rewards Strategy over ten years. He then pursued an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Recently, he accepted a position at the Hershey Company in Pennsylvania.

Beyond work, Scott’s passion for travel shines through family adventures, with his children each having flown over 50 times.
